Ask the Seal Background CheckWe use a program called Ask The Seal because we don’t feel it’s right to introduce dangerous people into your home. The program performs criminal background and sex offender registry checks of potential employees Lindstrom is looking to hire. If they don’t pass the checks, we don’t hire them.

Background Check

The AsktheSeal.com Seal of Approval is only given to companies whose employees have not been determined to have been convicted of any disqualifying offense as an adult that includes:

  • Murder, attempted murder, solicitation of murder
  • Manslaughter
  • Kidnapping or child abduction
  • Indecent solicitation of a child or sexual exploitation of a child
  • Aggravated assault or assault
  • Home invasion
  • Identity theft
  • Home invasion
  • Burglary or robbery
  • And much more

Our partnership with Ask the Seal also means that Lindstrom must pass company criteria to keep you, the consumer, safe. Lindstrom must show that we have made specific business filings that are required, and we must maintain general liability insurance coverage as well as a workers’ compensation policy and insurance.

And they don’t just do the checks one time, but every year. So we have to stay diligent to pass the check and be your home comfort service provider.
