Joseph Canosa – General Manager
Before being named in his current position. Joe served as Facility and Operations Manager with overall responsibility for Quality and Customer satisfaction in retail sales and service.
Joe has 28 trade-years experience. He has a proven track record holding senior management positions for 2 national service companies with over 1000 employees each. Joe began working for the Lindstrom’s in 2001. Joe holds a ASCS certification with the National Duct Cleaners Association and is an active member of the Indoor Air Quality Association. Joe also volunteers his time on the advisory board for ATI Career Training Center in Fort Lauderdale.
Joe is an active member of Volunteer Broward a non-profit organization serving Broward County Florida. Joe believes an individual can make a difference within the community and consistently donates his time in helping others in need.
Chris Adanti – Operations Manager
Prior to joining Lindstrom, Chris was the operations manager for a national electrical contractor. With 25 years of professional management experience, he joined Lindstrom in 2010, bringing along a strong understanding of operational excellence, as well as a focus on internal communication and support. He realizes the importance of these goals in order to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
Chris, a Connecticut native, lives with his 15-year old son. He has been a Florida resident for the past 14 years.
Budd Suffoletta – Retail Service Manager, Pompano Beach
Budd began his extensive career in the heating and cooling industry as a technician with Service America in 1982, and has “been there and done that.” Budd stayed with Service America for 30 years, the last nine in which he was a regional manager, and had as many as 80 technicians working under his leadership servicing as many as 84,000 customers! He now brings his extensive experience to the Lindstrom team, where he “desires to work to insure that Lindstrom provides the best service and exceed expectations”, and deliver an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
Budd is a born-and-raised South Florida native, married, and enjoys building hot rods and motorcycles, racing, diving, and fishing.
Bob Barron – Retail Service Manager, Palm City
Bob is the Retail Service Manager for the Palm City Service Center. His first priority is satisfying customers. He is personally involved with customers during their Lindstrom AC and plumbing experience and instructs all his plumbers and AC technicians to put customers first and to do what is best for them. Bob has 30 trade-years experience. He was a Regional Director of operations for Service America one of the largest service contract companies in south Florida where he worked for over 20 years and began working for the Lindstrom group in 2005. Bob comes from Arizona originally and relocated to Florida in 1976. He has been married for over 30 years, and has four children and five grand children. He enjoys racquet ball and archery and working his 20 acre farm in Ocala Florida.
Travis Simmons – Installation Manager
Travis brings 10 years of field experience in installation and service to Lindstrom. When he joined Lindstrom in 2013, He served as field supervisor and technical trainer before becoming Lindstrom’s Installation Manager in 2017. Travis is NATE certified, has undergone BPI training by the Comfort Institute, and serves as liaison to many local community colleges. He’s committed to building long-lasting relationships with customers and setting an example for his team. When he’s not working hard for Lindstrom homeowners, Travis enjoys fishing or enjoying the nearby beaches with his wife and two children.
Frank Palmero – Plumbing Manager
Frank brings more than 20 years of plumbing experience as a master plumber to Lindstrom as the Plumbing Service Manager. He believes that in order to be successful, you need to commit 100 percent to your customer, so he strives to build long-lasting relationships with each individual. He aims to provide a high professional service to ensure that Lindstrom customers are always satisfied with their products and their home. He encourages all employees to work as a team to obtain goals and meet the high standards Lindstrom expects. He and his wife enjoy spending quality time with their four children and enjoy being active in the Florida sunshine. He enjoys working out, exploring new places, and living a healthy lifestyle.
Craig Sanscrainte – Construction Manager
Craig joined the Lindstrom team as Construction Manager in 2005. After 32 years of field service and installation, Craig progressed to General Manager and then up the ranks to Division General Manager in the Air Conditioning industry right here in South Florida.
Craig is an “ambassador” for Lindstrom Air Conditioning and is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. He applies this philosophy to “our customers”, – the homeowners, vendors, and employees he encounters everyday.
Craig is married with one son and basically a Florida native having resided for 45 years. He is a member of the National Lighthouse Historical Society and enjoys golf, tennis and water recreation.
Jeff Haines – Construction Field Manager
Jeff worked as a property maintenance manager for three years prior to coming to Lindstrom. He joined Lindstrom back in 1992 and has been with them ever since, working his way up the ranks, from service technician to Port St. Lucie Branch Manager and various other positions along the way.
Jeff’s focus at Lindstrom has been on building a strong, cohesive team that is committed to their jobs as well as the customer. He “hammers” home the importance of getting the job done in a timely manner and emphasizes to his employees that by giving 110% in their workmanship they’ll guarantee customer satisfaction.
Jeff has been married for 13 years and has two sons. He is a native Floridian, born and bred in Broward County. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors with his family, camping at state parks, fishing and boating.
Lisa Nelson – Accounts Payable Manager
Lisa has been with Lindstrom since 2001. Prior to Lindstrom she was with Blue Dot Services. With her years of experience, Lisa realizes the importance of customer satisfaction and wants customers to walk away happy, referring other friends to Lindstrom. She makes it a priority to give 100% to each customer.
Lisa is married and has been a resident of Florida for the past 38 years. Lisa enjoys outdoor activities in her spare time, especially boating and swimming.
Andre Green – Service Office Manager
Andre joined the Lindstrom team in 2006 and is currently the Service Office Manager.
Andre has been part of the customer service industry for the past 14 years and knows the importance of building long-lasting relationships with customers. To provide 100% customer satisfaction and promote long-lasting customer relations. Andre pays close attention to detail, treats customers with respect and strives to anticipate the customer’s needs. Andre encourages others around him by leading by example and promoting team work through daily support and guidance.
Andres has been a Florida resident since 1999 and has graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelors degree in business management.
