Joseph Canosa – General Manager
Joe has more than 30 years of experience in the air conditioning industry and currently serves as the General Manager for Lindstrom. Having spent his entire career in the HVAC industry, Joe has proven invaluable in operational efficiencies and integration of Lindstrom personnel. He holds ASCS certification with the National Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), is a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association and volunteers his time on the advisory board at ATI Career Training Center in Fort Lauderdale.
Joe believes an individual can make a difference within the community and invariably donates his time helping others as an active member of Volunteer Broward, a non-profit organization serving Broward County. Joe is a married dad to four girls.
Chris Adanti – Operations Manager
With more than 25 years in professional management, Chris joined Lindstrom in 2010 with a mastery of operational procedures, internal communication, and facility support. He motivates others around him and promotes teamwork through his direction.
Chris, a Connecticut native, lives in South Florida with his son. They enjoy the Florida outdoor lifestyle and watching football.
Bob Barron – Retail and Branch Manager, Port St. Lucie
Bob is the HVAC Retail Manager for the Port St. Lucie branch of Lindstrom Air. He joined Lindstrom in 2005 after more than 20 years as a regional operations director. After relocating from Arizona to Florida in 1976, Bob and his wife of 30 plus years have enjoyed the Florida lifestyle with their four children and five grandchildren. He enjoys racquetball, archery and working on his 20-acre farm in Ocala.
Budd Suffoletta – Service Manager, Pompano Beach
Budd began his broad career in the heating and cooling industry in 1982. Since joining Lindstrom in 2012, Budd trains and supervises the industry’s top technicians. He strives to ensure his technicians provide quality service and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Budd is a born-and-raised South Florida native who enjoys building hot rods and motorcycles in his spare time.
Frank Palmero – Plumbing Manager
As a Master Plumber, Frank brings more than 20 years of experience to his managerial position. He aims to offer professional service to ensure that Lindstrom customers are always satisfied with their products and their service. As parents to four children, Frank and his wife enjoy being active in the Florida sunshine, exploring new places and living a healthy lifestyle.
Craig Sanscrainte – Construction Manager
Craig joined the Lindstrom management team as Construction Manager in 2005 after 32 years of industry and field experience in the South Florida air conditioning industry. Craig is at the forefront for builders, inspectors and homeowners in keeping the Lindstrom brand name a worthy investment.
Craig is married with one son and considers himself a Florida native having resided here for most of his life. He is a member of the National Lighthouse Historical Society and enjoys golf, tennis and water recreation.
Jeff Haines – Construction Field Manager
Jeff worked as a property manager for several years prior to coming to the air conditioning industry. In 1992 he joined Lindstrom as a service technician and continued to work his way up the ranks to management. He “hammers” home the importance of getting the job done with accountability to detail.
Jeff is married with two sons. He is a native Floridian, raised in Broward County. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors with his family, camping at state parks, fishing and boating.
Andre Green – Service Office Manager
Andre has been part of the Lindstrom team since 2006, ascending from customer service representative to his current position of Service Office Manager. With a vast knowledge of the industry, Andre knows the high standards expected with Lindstrom service and works to maintain these standards.
Andre has been a Florida resident since 1999 and a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. He enjoys spending time with his son, going to the gym and playing sports.
Ivette De La Rosa – Accounts Payable Manager
Ivette started her career with Lindstrom in 2019 as a vital component in the accounts payable department. She has an accomplished history of fiscal matters in the South Florida HVAC market since 1991. Ivette is a “cool” aunt to three nephews and one niece, along with three great-nephews and three great-nieces. She also enjoys puzzle games, dancing and reading.
Travis Davis – Installation Manager
Born and raised in the South Florida climate, Travis knows how important air conditioning is to residents. That is why he is proud to be part of the Lindstrom family, which he distinguishes as “the greatest company in South Florida.” Travis started with the company in 2013 as a lead installer and has continued to impress with promotions to installation service tech, field supervisor, comfort consultant, before being named Installation Manager. He is held in high esteem with NATE certification alongside Trane and Carrier certifications.
Travis, a family man who loves the outdoors with his wife and son, can be found fishing or cheering on the Dolphins.
William Foreman—Warehouse Manager, Port St. Lucie
William, better known as BJ, was born in Hialeah and spent his early career working under the hood of race cars. He arrived at Lindstrom in 2015 as a warehouse manager and has persisted in keeping the facility running as an advanced operation ever since. In his spare time, BJ continues his passion for cars, fishing, coaching his children’s little league baseball teams, and being a devoted fan for South Florida sports teams. As a certified storm chaser for the National Weather Service, he reports on tropical weather activity during the year through his social media page. BJ is married with 4 children.
