What is Lindstrom looking for?
Our Pompano Beach and Port St. Lucie locations are currently hiring within the fields of customer service, installation, and technician work (including entry-level positions). Ideal Lindstrom applicants are driven, hardworking team players who desire not only to better themselves but to be of service to their neighbors.
Our current open positions include plumbers, HVAC installers, HVAC technicians, customer service representatives, dispatch service representatives, sales administration, warehouse crew, and couriers/drivers.
What qualifications should I have?
We look for the following basic qualifications in our Lindstrom applicants: a high school diploma or GED equivalent and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. If you are applying to be an HVAC technician, you must be EPA-certified or currently enrolled in an accredited school to obtain this certification. We also prefer two to three years of industry experience for plumbers and HVAC technicians, but it is not required.
If you are currently completing your technical or vocational education, Lindstrom offers an apprenticeship program to allow you to gain experience while you earn your EPA certification. Our Pompano Beach location hosts its training facility, with up to $3,000 in paid ongoing education, for apprentices to work toward certification, as well as for technicians to stay current on HVAC trends.
