Be more than pink this October, because Lindstrom has teamed up with Susan G. Komen foundation to support the Race for the Cure in Miami.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, Lindstrom will donate $1 from every tune-up or service call all month long to the Susan G. Komen foundation.
Seventy-five percent of proceeds raised during the event go toward supporting local education programs, screening, treatments and research, all in an effort to find a cure for breast cancer. This year’s goal is to raise $1,500,000.
The 22nd Annual Miami/Fort Lauderdale Race for the Cure is Oct. 14 at Bayfront park in Miami. This race is just one of 140 races across the globe each year. Registration is still open.
