Our Blue Carpet Service means that our trusted technicians will arrive on time, in a clean uniform and keep your home clean while we work. We will cover our shoes before entering, lay down work mats and tidy up when we are done to make sure that your home gets the star treatment.
Increased Equipment Life Span
Your systems and equipment will benefit greatly from our routine maintenance checks as a part of the Service Partner plans. You’ll get two visits for plumbing and/or two visits for A/C maintenance, once each season, and we’ll perform an annual plumbing inspection.
Priority Service
Our routine maintenance will help reduce the chance of breakdowns, but if you do experience a malfunction that needs urgent service, as a Lindstrom Service Partner, you’ll be put at the front of the line of our customers for the day.

On top of our special offers that run throughout the year, Service Partners receive a 15% discount off our cooling, heating, plumbing, sewer, air quality, and air duct cleaning services, as well as a 10% discount off of a variety of other products including replacement water heaters, sewer/water line replacements and indoor air quality accessories.

Transferrable Service
