COVID-19: Message from the President

Like many of you, I’ve been folling the rapidly evolving concerns around the spread of COVID-19. Guided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). I’m taking steps to help protect my staff and you, our loyal customers, and to reduce the spread of the virus. I’ve reinforced and increased expectations for employee hand-washing and sanitising practices. We’ve implemented additional sanitation measures at the office and before/after we’re in each and every home. Per the CDC’s recommendation, we’ve discussed and assessed exposure risk with our staff, and we have a poilicy in place that mandated those showing any sympotoms to stay at (or work from) home. Finally, we use contactless payment systems incvluding financing, credit or debit cards to eliminate cash handling. What can you do to help? Primarily, follow the widely-distributed recommebndations for hand washing, using sanitizer when possible, staying home if you feel ill and keeping us informed if you an expoisure risk. Working together, we can help all of us stay safe, comfortable and healthy.
