The role of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure all customers are well communicated and informed about service call scheduling. Your goal is complete satisfaction.
Representative Responsibilities
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying customer’s needs and clarify customer’s information in order to provide solutions
- Schedule and coordinate all maintenance and service calls
- Maintain the Service and Maintenance Technicians daily schedules
- Insure the service calls are properly completed
- Schedule any return trips with the customers if needed
- Dispatch service technicians, one call at a time
- Monitor the dispatch board to ensure technicians are productive
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Previous experience in a call center support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
- Data Entry: Ability to enter accurate information and post invoices
- Ability to type 45 WPM
