Lindstrom Air Wants Homeowners to Receive Energy-Efficiency Rebates

Lindstrom Air, a locally owned and operated business since 1975, wants homeowners to take advantage of rebates that Florida Power and Light (FPL) is offering for customers who make energy-efficient home improvements. When combined with incentives that Lindstrom Air is offering, consumers can save more than $3,400 and can finance their purchase for 36 months with no interest.

“This is a great opportunity for every homeowner in South Florida,” says Joe Canosa, General Manager of Lindstrom Air. “Many of us have air conditioners that are no longer operating to their intended efficiencies.  As a result, we’re using too much energy, paying too much for utility bills, and harming our environment. Installing a new high-efficiency unit doesn’t just save money; it saves the environment as well.”

Canosa wants homeowners to get the most savings out of the rebates, so his company, Lindstrom Air, is offering additional incentives for qualified purchases as well.  They are offering up to $750 in instant consumer rebates and $500 in recycling rewards.  “When you add that to the $1,495 from FPL’s rebate, the savings are substantial.  And that’s before you tally in how much money is saved by using less energy with a high-efficiency system.” Lindstrom is also offering no-money-down installation and can finance the systems units the company installs interest-free for 36 months with minimum monthly payments. “These systems have never been more affordable,” says Canosa.

In addition to the rebates, rewards, and financing, Canosa also wants homeowners to enjoy cleaner indoor air by including a free germicidal UV light with every qualified installation. “Indoor air quality can be extremely poor; these lights, which are up to a $695 value, can help eliminate mold, mildew, and bacteria in the air that’s circulated in the home.”
