I live in a Lennar home in Martins Crossing. This weekend my Air Conditioning went out and a service tech named Felix Oscar came to my home and worked on my system. He was polite, professional and did a wonderful job for us (even sold us a service plan.) He did not know who I was or for whom I worked. I wanted to let you know that he is a credit to your company. I understand why Tony Rosa holds your service team in such high regards.

From the first person to greet us to the last, Oscar, Jerry and Abraham were very professional and personable. Patience was also a very good character trait. They were efficient and very friendly. As a company you should be fortunate to have such employees. They were on time and got the job done! Don't forget these men during the holidays. They deserve a respective bonus. Good help is not found down here. It is almost impossible.

We just wanted to take a moment to compliment you on the professional way in which your company has handled the sale, design, installation and maintenance of our new TraneXL191i air conditioning system. It is refreshing that there remains a few sales and service companies in South Florida area, such as yours, that place high value on professionalism and customer service excellence. You and your staff are to be commended!
Our process began by requesting quotes from several companies. We met with five (5) sales representatives and by far, Tony Gubello, was the most knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Tony answered all of our questions and did a thorough job of designing our system. The sales contract was signed and installation occurred within a couple of days.
The installers, Nigel and Shandor, were very courteous and efficient. The took great care in providing a neat and clean installation. They went above and beyond the call of duty when they discovered that our cold air return was drawing air from our attic and took the time to sea the passageway (which should have been sealed when the previous A/C unit was installed.)
"After the installation of our unit, there were a few “minor” items that need to be addressed; your customer service staff were both helpful and responsive in getting all remaining items corrected. They were a pleasure to speak with and did an excellent job of scheduling appointments and meeting commitments. After the work was completed, they followed up to ensure that any service issues were handled and that all work was done correctly."
Finally, we would like to acknowledge the excellent work that Mike Praid did with respect to correcting some minor drywall damage that occurred during installation. Mike takes great pride in his work and it is almost impossible to see where the damage had occurred. He also took the initiative to do a little paint “touch up”, including the painting of the air handling box that was built to support the A/C unit in our utility room.
Overall, we are “extremely” pleased with the “Lindstrom” experience. We would “highly” recommend your Company to prospective clients. Please feel free to contact us as a reference.

We wish to complement your personnel we have just encountered. Our history with your company began this past Saturday when we encountered a problem with our air conditioning unit at our home.
Your office personnel did contact one of your service agents who arrived at our home. He was very efficient and provided us with air conditioning until such time we were able to have one of your sales representatives come to our home and provide us with information on costs of a new installed unit.
Your sales representative, Mr. Oscar Mayorga, came to our home on his off day (Sunday) and explained the differences in many manufactured units and costs. We cannot compliment this sales representative more than stating he is excellent and is very representive of your company in the most polite and courteous manner.
We made the arrangements with Mr. Oscar Mayorga for installation of a new unit at our home on Wednesday, April 30, 2008.
Two of your installers arrived at our home on time and were very neat in appearance and very courteous. Jean and Junior worked effectively and kept everything neat and clean. Both of these men represented Lindstrom Air Conditioning in a very professional manner.
This being our first encounter with Lindstrom Air Conditioning, Inc. we are very proud of the fact that we have done business with your company and shall continue to do business with your company. In addition, we shall highly recommend your company to others.

Dear Doug, On behalf of all of us at Broten Garage Door & Gate, I want to send along this note of thanks for the installation your company recently completed at our facility at 886 S. Andrews Ave. in Pompano Beach. From our first contact with our salesman Richard Hernandez, to the site visits by your installation supervisor Nigel, to the actual installation by Francoise and three crews, we were impressed with your professionalism and efficiency. I also want to thank you for the way you accommodated us, by having your crews work on Saturday so that we didn't have to shut down our business.
Doug, you have a great company and great employees, and a hard earned and well deserved reputation for quality, reliability and service. Your three crews worked past 8pm on Saturday, and even though they were unable to complete the installation at that time, they made sure we had working air until they could come back and complete the job Monday.
